We support companies in building and advancing technology products — from concept and architecture, through development, to solution scaling. 

Over the past few years, we have built a client portfolio across several continents, delivering projects for global technology companies and well-known brands. We work with clients from Europe, the USA, the UK, Asia, and South America. 

What does it look like in practice?

Imagine your day: 

  • Actively winning new clients across Western Europe and the U.S. 

  • Building, managing, and growing your sales pipeline independently.  

  • Running prospecting and outreach activities through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events.  

  • Leading client conversations from the very first contact through to closing the deal.  

  • Conducting discovery calls and identifying clients’ real business needs. 

  • Selling in a consultative / solution-selling model.  

  • Translating the value of technology solutions into clear business terms such as ROI, time, risk, and business impact.  

  • Preparing and presenting tailored offers based on each client’s context and goals.  

  • Working closely with technical teams to shape the right solutions for clients.  

  • Leading negotiations and closing deals.  

  • Keeping the pipeline and the CRM well organized.  

  • Using AI and modern sales tools to improve research, personalize communication, and increase sales effectiveness.

    In consultative sales, clarity isn’t always there from the start. Sometimes the client’s needs are hidden or evolve over time. Your job is to uncover the real problems and propose solutions that make sense for both sides. 

  1. Balancing relationships and execution 
    If you prefer “sell and move on,” this won’t be the right fit. Here, it’s about building trust patiently while still driving results. 

  1. Independence and accountability 
    You won’t be always handed ready-made leads or step-by-step instructions. We’re looking for someone proactive, who can anticipate next steps and own the process. 

  1. Dynamic and changing environment 
    If you thrive on predictability and fixed procedures, this isn’t the place. Clients, projects, and priorities can shift quickly — and flexibility is key. 

  1. Pressure and expectations 
    Sales cycles can be long, clients demanding, and results visible. If pressure blocks you instead of motivating you — you might want to think twice.

Who are we looking for?

Think about it — does this sound like you? 

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in B2B sales within the technology or consulting industry. 

  • You have experience selling solutions in software, embedded, IoT, electronics, or engineering services.  

  • You have managed the full end-to-end sales process.  

  • You have worked with clients from Europe and/or the U.S.  

  • You use English confidently at a minimum C1 level.  

  • You have experience building a sales pipeline and guiding clients toward a buying decision. 

Nice to have: 

  • A technical background and strong ability to understand technology, 

  • Experience working with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.

How we work and what to expect:

  • B2B cooperation model

  • Base salary of PLN 18,000–22,000 net + VAT

  • An attractive commission scheme linked to sales performance, with no upper limit,  

  • 100% remote work model with (2–3 visits per month to our main office in Bydgoszcz, depending on business needs),

  • Access to a modern sales stack, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools. 

How the recruitment process looks:

Stage 1: A phone call with HR (up to 40 minutes) to get to know your expectations and motivation. 

Stage 2: An online interview with HR and a Business Consultant (up to 60 minutes). 

Stage 3: An online interview with the Sales Director (up to 60 minutes), during which we assess your competencies and fit for the role and the team. 

Stage 4: An in-person meeting in Bydgoszcz — an assessment center and a meeting with the management board

Stage 5: Offer presentation. 

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven person who can confidently lead business conversations with technology clients, is genuinely interested in technology, and understands the solutions we offer. 

We value consistency, discipline, and a structured approach, as well as the conscious use of AI and modern tools to support the sales process. 

We also appreciate candidates who can demonstrate longer periods of growth and contribution within one organization, building sales results, and client relationships over the long term.
