Your role?

Take us to the global market.


Typical Sales Manager:

  • Delivers on predefined targets
  • Executes existing processes
  • Manages a ready-made pipeline
  • Gets a list of leads
  • Is part of a sales machine


You at CodeQA.a:

  • Co-creates sales goals and strategy
  • Builds sales processes from scratch
  • Creates the first pipeline
  • Discovers the best-fit customer segments
  • Is the architect of the sales machine


What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for CodeQA.ai
  • Identify customer segments and the best channels to reach them
  • Run prospecting, cold outreach, and lead early-stage sales conversations (with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, etc.)
  • Deliver product demos and close the first deals
  • Support early customers during onboarding
  • Build CRM, pipeline, and reporting foundations
  • Co-create messaging, pricing, and sales offers
  • Gather market feedback and collaborate with the product team
  • Over time – grow the sales team and become a sales leader


You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years in B2B/SaaS sales (ideally mid/enterprise level)
  • Have startup experience and know how to build from scratch
  • Have a proven track record in US market sales
  • Sold AI, DevTools, or on-premise solutions before
  • Are comfortable selling to technical leaders (CTOs, Heads of Engineering)
  • Work independently and thrive with ownership
  • Communicate fluently in English (C1+)
  • Are proactive — you don’t wait for a brief, you create the action


Bonus points for:

  • Experience working closely with product teams
  • Familiarity with long, complex sales cycles
  • Successfully launched a new product to market
  • Worked in a seed or Series A startup
  • Startup mindset — flexible, creative, calm in chaos
