We are looking for: Junior IT Recruiter
Responsibility:
- Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening and qualifying prospective candidates
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Actively searching for candidates using various of channels and tools
- Building and maintaining good relations with Candidates, Team Leaders and Team members
- Maintaining excellent candidate experience
- Managing data in ATS system on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1,5 years of experience in recruitment for IT positions (like tester, developer, DevOps Engineer)
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and direct search tools
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end process
- Native Polish speaker or fluency in Polish (must-have)
- English language on a very good level (at least B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
