Junior IT Recruiter

We are looking for: Junior IT Recruiter

Responsibility:

• Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process
• Screening and qualifying prospective candidates
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Actively searching for candidates using various of channels and tools
• Building and maintaining good relations with Candidates, Team Leaders and Team members
• Maintaining excellent candidate experience
• Managing data in ATS system on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1,5 years of experience in recruitment for IT positions (like tester, developer, DevOps Engineer)
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and direct search tools
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end process
• Native Polish speaker or fluency in Polish (must-have)
• English language on a very good level (at least B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
