Your responsibilities:
- Creating and publishing job ads
- Screening and assessing candidates’ profiles
- Attracting and sourcing candidates
- Proactively looking for new sources of candidates
- Conducting phone screenings with candidates
- Supporting Hiring Managers throughout the whole lifecycle of job advertisement
- Preparing reports on recruitment activities
- Building talent pools
- Supporting the team with Social Media management
Our requirements:
- some experience (3-6 months) in a similar position (screening, sourcing, first stages of recruitment, etc.) or strong interest in HR
- fluent English - min C1
- Excellent communication and social skills
