Sourcing Specialist with English

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and publishing job ads
• Screening and assessing candidates’ profiles
• Attracting and sourcing candidates
• Proactively looking for new sources of candidates
• Conducting phone screenings with candidates
• Supporting Hiring Managers throughout the whole lifecycle of job advertisement
• Preparing reports on recruitment activities
• Building talent pools
• Supporting the team with Social Media management

Our requirements:

• some experience (3-6 months) in a similar position (screening, sourcing, first stages of recruitment, etc.) or strong interest in HR
• fluent English - min C1
• Excellent communication and social skills
