A fast-growing IT company is calling for a talented Freelance IT Recruiter with a passion for recruitment, talent sourcing, and talent management.

About the role:

We are looking for a freelance IT Recruiter who wants to work on a fixed fee for each placement. Your main responsibilities will be:

• sourcing candidates,
• matching the right talent with our projects.

Position requirements:

Must-haves:

• Prior experience in the field of IT recruitment (at least one year)
• Passion and a successful track record in headhunting
• Digital fluency and experience in social networks
• Excellent knowledge of English - at least C1 level
• Excellent knowledge of Polish - at least C1 level
