Junior Operations & Documentation Coordinator (German/English)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Junior Operations & Documentation Coordinator and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing coordination of operational and legal documentation.
  

• Initial review of contracts and collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Team Jonah) to finalize them.
  

• Managing information flow between stakeholders involved in business processes.
  

• Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within internal systems
  

Requirements

• Fluent German (minimum C1) – essential for business communication and document analysis.
  

• Professional English (minimum B2) – for smooth communication within our international team.
  

• Openness to learning – no extensive experience required;
  

• Exceptional meticulousness and high focus on detail.

• Possible work via B2B or mandate contract
