Curious about your tasks?
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Employee-faced communications,
- Building Netguru’s awareness among potential employees and attracting top talent,
- Creating engaging content based on the talent strategy.
What does it mean exactly?
- Addressing specific business needs by running recruitment marketing campaigns – spreading awareness of Netguru and generating recruitment contacts,
- Creating paid advertising campaigns and optimizing their effectiveness,
- Running Netguru social media and other channels related to employer branding,
- Preparing EB content: visuals, blog posts, and other marketing materials,
- Organizing online and offline events (meetups/conferences/workshops),
- Cooperating, creating, and maintaining relationships with universities,
- Implementing new ways of reaching potential employees (eg. videos, content creation, advertisements, recruitment PR initiatives, media relationships, etc.).

Ready to apply?
First, check if you…
- Have around 2 years of experience in EB and recruitment marketing,
- Have basic knowledge of the tools: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot,
- Know how to write EB-related content in a clear and concise manner,
- Have basic experience in creating social media content and campaigns,
- Experience in designing and conducting candidate-driven events,
- Have analytical skills and experience in monitoring measurable metrics,
- Some experience with brand visual identification or cooperation with creative agencies,
- Advanced command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (C1+),
- Have a head full of ideas.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Prior experience in a marketing agency,
- Experience in the IT industry.

What will happen next?
- You will receive an email from our recruitment team if your application matches our requirements.
- If yes, we will call you to check some initial information
- After that, you will be invited for a Netguru Language Check to verify your English skills. At the same time, we’ll also ask you to complete a recruitment task.
- If everything goes well, we will meet you at online interviews (there will be two of them).
